Summer is Upon Us

As most of you are experiencing a full-blown summer by now, you may wonder how & where you will charge up your bike, if you are off the grid for some time. Perhaps you are camping, or RV’ing. There are ways to efficiently charge your bike! You have a few options, some more efficient than others. Be sure to check out my YouTube videos on the subject for more ideas.

Basically, you can charge a “Solar Generator” from a solar panel, then run your A/C OEM charger off the Solar Generator. This is the easiest, “off-the-shelf” solution, but not the most energy-efficient. The alternative method requires more knowledge of electricity, but offers greater charging speed, and has fewer required components. I cover both in the various videos.
